During my tenure with ETS, I was tabbed with creating the Washington ProTeach Portfolio -- the state's first online teacher licensure certification site. This involved working with stakeholders including the state's Board of Education and an advisory group of educators and administrators, as well as making incremental adjustments through beta testing.
